Job description
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support its People functions and enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment and coordination with benefits brokers Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS platform Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources / People Operations Proven experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling and Workable Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
