Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead their people strategy and initiatives in the field of Real World Evidence. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive culture. You will partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance, address employee relations matters, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and supports employee engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance evaluation processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and career development.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws.
