Key Administrator for the Onboarding System. Wages Starting wage will depend on experience and education. 22.00 - 27.00 Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :
- Administers pre-employment steps : background checks, drug screen and physicals.
- Supports hiring managers throughout the staffing and onboarding process.
- Supports awareness of OFCCP regulations and the manager’s responsibility in being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including ensuring I-9 compliance and required documentation is completed timely
- Process all new hires in the HRIS system and create employee files.
- Work closely with ATS and HRIS vendors to resolve issues and look for improvements.
- Track and process employee referral program incentives.
- Coordinate separation process, including preparing and distributing necessary forms; HRIS data entry and reporting
- Administer the Random Drug Screening process – DOT, FTA, Safety Sensitive positions
- Administer the DMV Pull Notice Program – yearly audits, review driver records, process CHP Audits
- Understanding of the company vision and values and essential information about the company’s career opportunities, employee programs, benefit plans and other relevant policies.
- Supports HR projects and initiatives; other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred. Two to three years of HR Admin experience; intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and HRIS required; or combination of education and experience.
