This role will lead all HR functions for a multi-site, field-based organization, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term organizational development. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while also owning HR execution across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. The role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, navigating growth, and driving consistency across a decentralized environment.
