A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage HR activities across multiple business units in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, manage, and execute human resources functions for independent business unitsOversee employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviewsProvide leadership and coaching on performance management and employee relationsRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in a high-volume HR role, preferably in a SAAS environmentAbility to manage HR core processes such as talent management and employee engagementExperience with HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayRelevant degree or diploma in business administration or human resources managementKnowledge of Canadian and international labor laws is preferred
