EFCU Financial, a dynamic credit union with a 90-year history of growth in Baton Rouge, LA, is pleased to announce a new internship program for the summer of 2025 called “ElevateU.” As a multi-year winner of Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge, EFCU Financial believes that great member experiences start with great team member experiences. We are seeking an intern ready to contribute their talents to this winning team, and who is eager to make a difference for our members and the communities we serve. As an ElevateU Intern, you will have hands-on experience while also learning the professional skills you need to jumpstart your career!

This 8-week program will begin June 2, 2025, and end July 25, 2025 (excluding holidays).
Monday through Thursday : 8 : 00 am – 3 : 00 pm
Friday : 8 : 00 am – 12 : 00 pm
Interns will be non-exempt hourly team members and will be compensated $17 / hr.
