Elephante Scottsdale is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This dynamic, hybrid role is split between office operations (70%) and human resources support (30%). You'll be a key support player in creating a well-organized, welcoming, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Office Operations (70%)
- Manage phone, email, and administrative communications professionally and promptly
- Oversee and organize OpenTable reservations, VIP holds, prefix tables, and special requests
- Prepare memos, reports, and maintain essential office documentation
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Train and schedule reservationists, ensuring adequate coverage and service standards
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and maintained
- Organize internal meetings, office events, and communications
