Position Summary :
This position will support the Human Resources Shared Services team and is responsible for HR Services and Administration for Traylor Construction Group. This role serves a critical function to maintain standard and consistent data process management across diverse regions, including multiple offices, Traylor business units that include both craft and non-craft employees.
This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This position performs a variety of HR services and administrative duties as well as daily data entry as part of a centralized team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

HR Administration
- Data Management / Integrity – Front end entry into ERP / HRIS software including employee change of status : salary / wage adjustments, new hires, terminations, address changes, manager changes, transfers etc.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between systems
- Personnel document imaging
- Assist in the development of electronic HR workflows
- Relocation Administration
- Scheduling of Monthly and Weekly new hire orientation
- PTO system administration
Talent Acquisition Administration

Associate’s degree in business administration or related experience Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
Ability to work with and connect with all levels of management and individual contributors
