Job Summary :

The HR Recruiter performs full cycle recruitment activities and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that result in securing top talent for Englewood Health (EH) and Englewood Health Physician Network (EHPN) employed practices. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment of clinical, administrative and IT positions as well as hard to fill roles with longer recruitment cycles. In addition, the ideal candidate will support the engagement of temporary resources via third party partnerships. The role requires a strong ability to ensure a positive candidate experience, collaboration with hiring managers, physician leadership and senior operational leaders; and the development of diverse talent pipelines of qualified candidates. Serving as the subject matter expert for hiring managers, duties include proactive sourcing through effective interviewing, resulting in high quality prescreened applicants; and initiating the onboarding transition. The HR Recruiter will remain engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process, familiarization period and beyond. Participates in and coordinates activities and events to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
