Apprentice Business-to-Business Sales Representative

Today is awesome! You’ve connected with your team, reviewed priorities, and are ready to tackle the day. You’re out in the field, meeting great people, and presenting them with our top-tier services. By the end of the day, you’re feeling accomplished, having generated leads and made sales. You submit your “daily report” and look forward to the next day’s success.

Job Duties :

Team Collaboration : Stay in contact with your sales manager to ensure everyone’s aligned. You’ll help each other out whenever possible, because we’re all working towards the same goal—serving the customer and serving each other.

Develop Expertise : You’ll be selling window cleaning and other services to businesses of all kinds. Over time, you’ll become a trusted professional who understands the value we bring to our customers’ businesses.

Maintain Professionalism : Keep your tools neat, follow up diligently, and stay organized. Submitting daily reports keeps everyone informed, from the customer to the sales manager.

Pathways to Advancement : Start as an Apprentice with a clear path to management. As you grow, more doors will open, and your earning potential will increase. Our top sales reps earn $700 to $900 per week (with above-average reps earning up to $1,000 per week) plus bonuses, incentives, and spiffs. This is a W-2 position.

Job Requirements :

Love to Learn : High school diploma or equivalent required. No experience needed, just a coachable attitude and a desire to grow.

Tech-Savvy and People-Oriented : You enjoy talking to business owners and educating them on their options.

Ready to Work : Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a ready-to-go attitude. Physical stamina for lots of walking is required.

Professional Appearance : You’re well-groomed and present yourself professionally because you know that how you look reflects on the entire company.
