Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.
Title : Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist
Location : Denver, CO (100% in Office)
Compensation : $70-80k
Hours : 8-5 M-F
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage our new employee onboarding program.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including I-9s, applications, training, and ID verification.
- Educate new hires on company policies and review the Employee Handbook and job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with all onboarding, legal, documentation, and other policies.
- Coordinate with employees in the field, managers, and corporate.
- Create job postings in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage job listings, review applicants, and conduct initial phone screens.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 350 employees using Paycom.
- Review timecards for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, ensure benefits are correctly applied, and submit payroll for processing.
- Answer payroll-related questions for employees in the field and at the corporate level.
