Duties and Responsibilities
- Meticulous calculations and preparation of bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees
- Calculate, prepare, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns
- Benefit Administration including all medical and other insurances, 401K, HSA, sick and vacation records
- Ensure accurate posting of all items over to general ledger
- Work with owners and managers on all HR issues
- Administer worker’s comp insurance
- Assist managers in hiring and onboarding all new employees
- Account Reconciliations
