Job description
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their UKG Pro Human Capital Management system. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro modules and support the rollout of Workforce Management Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and reporting requirements while developing and managing reports Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical support and training to HR users and troubleshoot system issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including reporting and system configuration Knowledge of payroll and benefit compliance frameworks (e.g., ACA, 401(k)) Experience with UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos) and Excel-based data transformation Experience in healthcare or multi-state, hourly workforce environments is preferred
