Job description
A company is looking for a Workday Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their Workday HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM, Payroll, and UKG Timekeeping modules
Configure and maintain payroll rules and ensure compliance with US and UK statutory requirements
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT teams to document business requirements and assess functional impacts of configuration decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience focused on Workday Payroll and UKG Timekeeping for US and UK
Demonstrated expertise in Workday and UKG to design and present solutions to stakeholders
Experience with US and UK HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance systems
Strong business analysis skills including requirements definition and test planning
