Job descriptionServe as a subject matter expert (SME) and configuration specialist for HR systems including SuccessFactors modules, specifically for Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Succession and Role Based Permissions (RBP) Lead HRIS projects and SuccessFactors implementations Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support change management efforts Perform advanced reporting and data analysis to support business decisions Drive data integrity and governance through audits and validation processes Research and assess system releases and upgrades, recommending improvements across HRIS systems including but not limited to SuccessFactors, Visier, Docebo etc Build and follow established processes consistently while identifying opportunities for optimization Demonstrate leadership by driving initiatives, influencing outcomes, and fostering accountability Drive HRIS tool utilization across organization, conduct UAT, Training etc Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by being organized, proactive, and solution-focused SAP SuccessFactors configuration, analysis and support Various modules, including but not limited to Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and goals, Succession and RBP etc 35 years of HRIS experience, including leading projects or implementations Support and manage Success Factors upgrade releases Innovative problem-solving skills and open to learning new technologies HRIS project leadership and implementation Strong ability to complete and present root cause analysis Advanced Excel and reporting tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration across teams Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail Ability to mentor and train others Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities / projects by using methodologies and tools such as excel, Cherwell, etc Commitment to consistency and quality in execution Leadership qualities including initiative, accountability, innovation, and influence Ability to interact with all levels of leadership comfortably Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
