We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Corporate Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing and administering The Club's compensation policies, systems and practices.
What You'll Do :
- You will analyze and administer the Club's compensation policies and practices. This includes monitoring and reviewing transactions in the compensation review inbox.
- You'll conduct research and analyze internal and external salary data to determine appropriate salary levels.
- You will perform job evaluations of new and existing jobs and develop new job profiles, job descriptions, and salary levels as necessary.
- You will ensure that compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- You will support the administration of the annual merit increase and high performance incentive process.
- You'll review and revise incentive plans as necessary in consultation with the business unit.
- You will participate in market studies and surveys.
- You'll research and provide recommendations on policies and programs that are consistent with the goals and strategies of the company and comply with federal and state guidelines.
- You will build and maintain consulting relationships with the leadership of each business unit and provide support on all matters related to compensation.
- You will participate in compensation projects and implementations.
- You will monitor changes and trends in compensation and propose strategies to address the impact of these trends.

The starting pay range for this position is :
71,100.00 - $94,800.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
