The Role
The HRIS Manager is the subject matter expert of BSD's Core HCMS, business process design, compensation setup, end user experience and reporting and analytics. This position is focused in data analysis and compilation and is accountable for the development and distribution of critical reports / dashboards to the organization. This position ensures accurate best practice business process / workflows and other system dependencies are in place within the HCMS to support the administrators of compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits, payroll, collective bargaining agreement and all ad hoc reporting efforts. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Talent Management.
Salary Range : $84,750.00-$98,875.00
Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Partners with Talent Acquisition on hiring, developing onboarding plan, and goal setting for HRIS new hires.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Schedules regular one on one meetings to ensure optimal performance management.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
Education
Degree : Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required. Professional Certification in Human Resources or IT related area, preferred.
Experience
Years : At least five (5) years of database management or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position. Field : Information Technology, Human Resources or related field.
