Location : Scottsdale, Arizona
Salary Range : $75,000 - $105,000 per annum

Job Summary : We seek an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our client's team. This is an on-site position where the successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our already excellent company culture. The HR Manager will oversee payroll functions and implement HR policies that support the well-being and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain our excellent company culture.
- Conduct regular employee reviews and manage employee relations.
- Organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics.
