Position Overview :

Were seeking a skilled HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people. The ideal candidate is an experienced problem solver, highly organized, and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the company. Youll play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting our culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

Hours / Week : Full-time, 40+ hours, in-office position

Required

1. All applicants must be capable of passing a background check and have all required I-9 documentation

2. Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

3. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer

4. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions

5. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and / or fingers

6. Detail oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
