The Resourcing Director contributes to the achievement of the Evidence Solutions group's business strategies and goals by partnering with applicable senior leaders, operations directors, and resource coordinators across teams and applying functional / technical expertise to enable and enhance operational performance through effective forecasting, planning and deployment of organizational resources. The Resourcing Director assesses capacity data against estimated quarterly revenue to advise management how to right-level staffing. The Resourcing Director identifies data trends and works with managers to meet utilization targets. The Resourcing Director collaborates with the Operations team, HR and Talent Acquisition to set best-in-class onboarding protocols for incoming team members. As a trusted partner to help problem-solve any areas of inefficiency, the Resourcing Director plays a vital role with the Operations team.
Planning, Analyzing & Evaluating :
- Analyze utilization data within financial reports and project management systems to recommend action to managers, group leads, and / or exec. leadership. Generate insights from Enterprise Resource Planning software data via mastery of report generation. Maintain in-depth understanding of project / resource management software at a system admin level.
- Advise department heads about load balancing, talent assessment, team structure, and recruitment approach where needed, in partnership with HR and TA.
- Collaborate with group leaders on change management, new process adoption and training on new technologies / platforms, or upgrades to existing resource management processes / platforms / technologies.
