- Act as a liaison, Team Leader and link communication between the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and the Human Resource Department Support Staff
- Function with the highest esteem in dealing with all employees, clients and consumers of this organization
- Be an advocate for all the policies, protocol, labor grades etc. of the organization
- Foster a humane atmosphere within the Human Resource Department as well as the entire organization
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB AND ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS
HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATIONS
Tracking, trending, reporting on all areas related to Human Resource Management
FIELD SUPPORT STAFF
Assist as necessary with all classified print advertisements
Up to and including Manager level candidates
Make recommendation for top candidates to next level management for second interview
EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES
ADP and HR Computer software and programs
Maintain HR Database; collaborate with IT Department to utilize technology to maximum the accuracy of records and reports and reduce duplication
Assist with and be available for employee meetings (scheduled and unscheduled) and provide feedback according to Personnel Policies and Procedures
Monitor the file storage area and ensure all records are filed appropriately and are accessed by authorized personnel only.
POST EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES
Assist with and conduct Exit Interviews
Complete termination letters, accompanying paperwork, and conduct termination meetings
Assist with completion of unemployment questionnaires and attend unemployment hearings

Assist with office transfer / promotion requests for the Business Office up to and including Manager Level
Adheres to all Wage & Hour regulations
Be well-versed on all state, federal and corporate regulations and implement as deemed necessary
Track key components of the report and submit to the HR Director.
The By-Laws of the Corporation and as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources
