• Recruitment and Hiring : Conducting job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
• Onboarding : Facilitating new employee orientation, explaining company policies, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
• Employee Relations : Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, investigating issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Payroll processing : Process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Employee management : Hire, evaluate, schedule, and train employees
• Record keeping : Maintain employee records and payroll reports
• Quality assurance : Manage quality assurance programs and internal controls
• Communication : Interact with managers and other stakeholders
• Training : Train employees on payroll, timecards, and absence functions
• Audit : Prepare and provide documentation for audits
• Bilingual (+Spanish)
• Knowledge of payroll processing, accounting, and labor laws
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or human resources
