As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our employees, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring a seamless experience from hiring to payroll and benefits. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with a passion for people operations and a commitment to efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Do :

Support hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage HR documentation.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support employees throughout their journey with us.
Maintain HR metrics, employee records, and performance tracking systems.
