The Solution Architect Senior Manager position requires strong Project Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving and Content Mastery experience within the HR space to deliver in a client facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.
  • Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.
  • Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
  • Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.
  • Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.

Heres What Youll Need :

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling (Managing budgets, costs, P / L, etc)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Achievement, Onboarding / Offboarding, etc)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client facing capacity
  • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization.
  • Proficiency in Business Design
  • Previous Solution Architecture experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Professional Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
