Job description

Human Resources Analyst - Hybrid

Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our HR Operations team and support the continued growth of our workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our HR data, enhancing systems and workflows, and delivering accurate reporting that supports strategic decision making. You will work directly under the Director of HR Operations and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and contributing to a high-performing HR function.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now system updates, troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting
  • Create, maintain, and automate reports related to headcount, turnover, metrics, labor distribution, and workforce analytics
  • Build, configure, and test new HRIS modules, workflows, components, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor data accuracy by conducting routine audits and partnering with HR team members to correct inconsistencies
  • Support HR leadership with data insights, dashboards, and presentations for planning, forecasting, and compliance reporting
  • Assist with system-wide upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects
  • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, permissions, and system configurations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data flow between systems, resolve integration issues, and streamline processes
  • Provide end-user training, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure employees and managers can effectively navigate HRIS functions
  • Participate in compliance-related work, including EEOC, ACA, and other regulatory reporting needs
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects tied to process improvement, data governance, and operational alignment

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of HRIS or HR data / reporting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, index-match, conditional formulas, and data visualization
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required), including reporting tools and system configuration
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large data sets
  • Experience creating dashboards or building data-driven recommendations
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • HR compliance experience or knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
