deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Human Factors Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO.Position Description:The selected candidate will become part of the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Program in support of the GMD Weapon System (GWS) for the Missile Defense Agency. GMD employs integrated communications networks, fire control systems, globally deployed sensors and Ground-Based Interceptors that are capable of detecting, tracking, and destroying ballistic missile threats. The open position is in support of the design and development of the GMD Fire Control (GFC) product within the GWS program.Target salary range: $70,000-$90,000.
