Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with associates and management within the areas that they are assigned. Consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment, and provides daily HR guidance. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Will communicate proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy, legal regulations, and compliance regarding company operations. Maintains knowledge of the mid-range plans, culture and competition.
Pay Range
Minimum $86,258 Midpoint $114,296 Maximum $142,334
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Required : Minimum two (2) years professional Human Resources experience. Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Preferred : Prefers two years healthcare experience. Previous experience as a HRBP.
