An international manufacturer of automotive parts near the Sharonville area is looking for an HR Specialist. You will support employee relations, recruitment, & onboarding. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with HR practices & procedures. Experience within a manufacturing environment is a big plus.

Responsibilities :

Maintain recruitment activities (screening candidate, interview support, job postings)

Coordinate onboarding & orientation

Maintain & support employee relations

Maintain compliance with company policies

Support administrative needs

Qualifications :

Previous HR experience (manufacturing environment is a plus)

Experience with handling confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills

Ability to speak Spanish or French is a big plus

Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
