Job Title : Clinical Systems / Interface Analyst

Location :  Remote (EST / CST Hours)

Job Summary

This role will support the client’s implementation of a new care management platform in supporting the management, maintenance, and upgrades of the interfaces between the care management platform and the various clinical applications. This individual will interface regularly with healthcare end users for change requests, conduct impact analysis, create projects, and both implement and test solutions to upgrade interfaces as needed.

Requirements

• Very good experience with healthcare stakeholder engagement and management especially in a provider healthcare setting
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
• 2+ years of working knowledge and experience of clinical applications especially EHRs (knowledge of eCW is preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience with enterprise scale projects involving multiple integrations
• 2+ years’ experience with clinical apps integration using HL7 and other healthcare industry interface standards
• Experience with creating and maintaining SOPs for clinical applications
