We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Human Resources Specialist to join our client's team in Houston, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance tracking with precision and efficiency. You will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other networking tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Process payroll efficiently and ensure accuracy using ADP systems.
- Facilitate open enrollment for employee benefits and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Address employee relations matters by resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary actions effectively.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and prepare necessary reports to maintain regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation and management of HRIS systems to streamline administrative tasks.
