Panorama Eyecare is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning the administration of the Human Resources department with our business objectives, acting as a role model and employee advocate, and serving as the first point of contact for employees.
Major Responsibilities :
- Will assist employees with questions and point them in the right direction when issues arise, including, but not limited to, Paylocity (HRIS), benefits, and employee engagement.
- Onboarding process ownership, including communication with candidates after offer acceptance and completing conversion tasks in Paylocity.
- Coordinate and present new hire orientation on a biweekly basis, including follow-up with new employees.
- ID badge creation and printing.
- Assign and monitor completion of new hire training by position.
- Create termination / separation letters and assign and review exit interviews.
- Will review and report 2-week, 30-day, 90-day, and annual new employee check-ins.
- Will facilitate the employee recognition program and reconcile quarterly budgets.
- Maintenance of Paylocity HRIS system, including password resets, data entry, file uploads and portal maintenance.
- Assist with onsite job fairs, hiring events, town halls, training and open enrollment.
- Assist with organization and execution of company events.
- Partner with HR team to support acquisition integration efforts.
- Partner with HR team to interpret and educate employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
- Support HR Analytics through reporting and audit support
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
