A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Payment Poster to support its billing operations at the corporate office in Braintree, MA. This is a contract role with potential for permanent hire in the new year, staffed through Addison Group .
Key Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile payments (checks, EFTs, credit cards, 835 files)
- Work daily reports of payments received via various channels
- Monitor and resolve remit station errors
- Handle denials
- Download and post EOBs manually or electronically
- Collaborate with team members to complete posting tasks
