We are seeking an Associate HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment to support our warehouse operations. This role will lead hiring initiatives while handling general HR functions in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies
- Coordinate and conduct job fairs and hiring events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Manage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests)
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting
- Maintain job postings across various platforms
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
