With the growth of their coverage and offerings, Our Client is in search of a Senior Counsel with extensive Regulatory work in their background.

This position will partner with the VP of Legal and General Counsel on all Regulatory efforts including FDA approvals, HIPAA compliance as well as AKS, Stark Law and False Claims regulations. Your work day in and day out will impact not only the growth and establishment of the Legal Team but individually impact Millions of individuals across the Globe.

In this role you will be expected to :

• Advise and support the VP of Legal on all legal and regulatory matters. (FDA, Drug Supply Chain, AKS, False Claims Act and HIPAA).
• Oversee all Outside Counsel advising in United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
• Keep abreast on all areas of law impacting the operations of the Client including Executive Orders, Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property and Data Privacy.
• Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of Contracts. (Co-venture agreements, grant agreements, donation agreements, vendor agreements, etc)
