Responsibilities

Howyou’llmake an impact in this role

• Installs, inspects,maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.
• Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies,managespower outage procedures, and strictlyfollowssafety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinates with personnelregardingwork orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operatingcondition.
• Dedicates 20% of the role toparticipatingin meetings, training workshops, andassistingwith specialprojects asassigned.

Qualifications

Whatminimumrequirementsyou’llneed

License:

• EPA Certification (level II preferred)

Must have one or more of the following:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of trade school
  

Work Experience:

• 3years ofrelatedexperience
• Other equivalentcombinationof relevant education or experience
