Responsibilities
Howyou’llmake an impact in this role
- Installs, inspects,maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.
- Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
- Responds to after-hours emergencies,managespower outage procedures, and strictlyfollowssafety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinates with personnelregardingwork orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operatingcondition.
- Dedicates 20% of the role toparticipatingin meetings, training workshops, andassistingwith specialprojects asassigned.
Qualifications
Whatminimumrequirementsyou’llneed
License:
- EPA Certification (level II preferred)
Must have one or more of the following:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of trade school
Work Experience:
- 3years ofrelatedexperience
- Other equivalentcombinationof relevant education or experience
