HVAC PM Sheet Metal Project Manager
Position Overview
The Sheet Metal Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sheet metal projects from inception to completion within the commercial construction sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a thorough understanding of sheet metal fabrication and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sheet metal projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
