Job Summary
We seek an experienced and results-driven Commercial HVAC Project Sales Professional to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This role is integral to our success, combining project sales, estimation, and management to drive revenue and ensure high-quality HVAC project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial HVAC installation, service, or sales, with a deep understanding of the local market. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage industry expertise, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our commercial HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and project-specific expenses.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, understanding client requirements to deliver customized HVAC solutions.
- Utilize Bluebeam and other estimation software to streamline project planning and bidding processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure precise, executable project proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert HVAC solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative HVAC solutions.
