As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.Responsibilities :
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose system issues using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend suitable solutions.
- Install, repair, or replace defective or worn-out components such as compressors, motors, fans, valves, thermostats, filters, and ducts.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing filters, testing controls, and inspecting electrical connections.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve system malfunctions and ensure proper system operation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and explaining repair and maintenance procedures.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for further repairs or upgrades.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service requests, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and adhere to environmental regulations.
