Job descriptionInspect and evaluate chiller performance and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning of the chiller system Test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities Minimum of 5 years of experience in chiller service in a commercial or industrial setting EPA universal certification preferred Proficiency in working with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Competitive wages Health benefits with 50% employer contribution 9 paid holidays Company vehicle provided for job-related travel with AMEX for expenses Accruing vacation time 401k with 50% match up to 3% of salary
URGENT NEED FOR a SR HVAC Technician

Responsibilities :
- Perform chiller service in commercial and industrial settings
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on chillers, RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
