Commercial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager

Position Overview :

We seek a dedicated and experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge, attention to detail, and project management skills to ensure our projects are estimated accurately and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Estimation :

Accurately estimate the costs associated with commercial HVAC projects, including equipment, materials, labor, and other related expenses.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare project time, cost, and labor estimates.

Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing data and ensure competitive costing.

Project Management :

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow from initiation to completion.

Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during a project, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining client satisfaction.

Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas of improvement and ensure continual growth and learning.

Client Relations :

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Continuous Learning and Development :

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the HVAC industry.

Participate in professional development opportunities and industry events to enhance expertise.

Qualifications :

Must be a local candidate from Riverside, CA, or surrounding areas.

A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating and project management.

Proficient in relevant software and tools used for estimation and project management.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
