CNC Turning Machinist – Direct Hire

Location : Stoughton, MA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $40–$42 per hour

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Turning Machinist to join our team! This role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual turning machines, including horizontal and vertical turret lathes. The ideal candidate will have experience with close-tolerance machining, blueprint reading, and working with large parts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC / manual turning machines
• Perform turning, drilling, tapping, and de-burring operations
• Interpret blueprints and CNC programs
• Conduct first article inspections and monitor production quality
• Maintain tooling and ensure proper tool life
• Follow all safety protocols and report concerns
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures
