Job Title : Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location : Jersey City, NJ [OR] Coppell, TX ( Choose Any 1 )
Hybrid : 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE
Duration : 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
Skills & Experience Needed :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Must have financial industry experience - understands financial terminology, systems, and regulatory environments
- Experience supporting application teams, not infrastructure
- Ability to manage application delivery cycles, releases, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Solid hands-on Agile experience : Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives
- Strong coordination with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Experience with application development lifecycle, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Agile lifecycle tools
- Experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics (burn-down, velocity, capacity, impediments)
- Ability to shield the team, remove blockers, and improve delivery flow
- Knowledge of regulatory / financial deliverables such as : Risk assessments, Compliance checkpoints, Audit documentation, financial data environments
