Job descriptionDraft compelling job descriptions and post openings in Exelare, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. Participate in job intake calls with hiring managers to ensure accurate job postings. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and applications. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HumCap’s applicant tracking system, online databases, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Prepare candidates for client interview processes. Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers. Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions . Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to generate daily and weekly reports for the recruiting team. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports to internal team. Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including scheduling interviews and managing recruitment-related documents. Assist with other special projects as needed to support the overall recruitment function. Organize work to maximize productivity and increase efficiency Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects Attend networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential clients and prospective candidates A creative, flexible and innovative team member Comfortable dealing with a variety of individuals at all organization levels An enthusiastic, self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed recruiting services in a changing environment Able to represent HumCap at local business meetings, job fairs, and local seminars to represent the organization in the community Able to work autonomously and is independent in their decision making and responsibilities An excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing Fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of the recruitment cycle Professional, able to build relationships, and influence others 0 - 2 years’ experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment OR experience in sales Strong PC Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Databases Selling experience is a plus! Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
