TMD Staffing is looking to hire a 3rd Shift Coordinator in the Lewisville, TX area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

Shift Coordinator   RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees
• Review and approve machine set ups, production samples, and / or shipments as necessary
• Attend production meetings and confer with other departments to coordinate production activities
• Perform training for new employees
• Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved
• May update and maintain shift schedules in the attendance system, as well as enter attendance transactions

Shift Coordinator  Required Skills

PAY RATE

20 per hour while training. $22 once moved to 3rd shift

SCHEDULE

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am, some OT may be required
