- Schedule : Flexible shifts day, evening, nights and weekend options available
- Pay Rate : Competitive pay, based on experience (with biweekly direct deposit)

- Deliver professional and compassionate care to clients in their homes

- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
- Current TB / PPD test and First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout Fairfax County
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
