Role Description
Criminal defense and immigration law firm has a position open for an Immigration associate. Firm is located in Downtown Boston near all T lines. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to represent individuals who are seeking Immigration benefits or need representation in Immigration proceedings. The associate will assist with various legal tasks and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. There will also be opportunities to learn Criminal law and the intersection between criminal and Immigration law. Candidates should be eager to learn and contribute to our firm's success.

Duties
- Meet with clients to prepare their cases.
- Draft Immigration applications and appear in Immigration interviews and proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including but not limited to Immigration law and Criminal law.
- Drafting legal documents, applications, motions and correspondence.
- Speak and meet with clients who are incarcerated or detained.
