The Position :

As an Immigration Attorney on our High-Skilled Immigration team, you will be part of a team of Attorneys and Case Managers that help our clients navigate immigrant work visa issues. You will work with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, engineering, bioscience, and other emerging industries, to help them seize exciting opportunities in todays evolving economy - it's truly rewarding work.

We offer lots of flexibility in our work schedules you can choose to work fully remote from home or in-office or hybrid in our Troy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI office.

What you will be doing :

• Under the direction of the High-Skilled Immigration Sr. Attorney & Director, you'll work with clients to develop and implement legal strategies for work visa matters, including EB-1A Green Cards, EB-1B Green Cards, EB-2 NIW Green Cards & O-1 visas.
• You'll conduct in-depth conversations with clients to explain immigrant work visa application processes and coordinate with clients to gather detailed supporting information and evidence
• You'll answer questions about immigrant work visa application process steps, timelines and costs
• You'll prepare and file immigrant work visa applications with the appropriate government offices, in collaboration with fellow Attorneys and Case Managers (paralegals)
• You'll prepare responses to Requests for Evidence issued by government agencies
• You'll research legal issues related to immigrant work visa applications and stay informed on the latest immigration law developments
