Location : Hybrid / In-Person
Salary : This role starts at $120,000 per year, we can offer higher depending on experience. Biannual bonuses reward outstanding performance, and a monthly health insurance stipend of $350-$400 is provided.

The position of Employment Immigration Attorney requires a highly skilled and experienced Attorney. Ideal candidates must first align with our firm's vision / mission of providing personalized and high quality work with an approach that prioritizes our firm's ultimate objective of improving our client's lives.
Candidates that are a fit for our culture and vision, must also possess a deep understanding of various areas of law, including PERM, O-1, H1B, and TN cases. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for managing complex cases, mentoring support team members and ensuring the highest standards of personal service and quality work execution within this department of the firm.
Duties
- Represent clients with PERM, O-1, H1B, TN, and H2B cases
- Provide regular legal advice to clients with questions arising throughout their case process and after approval
- Conduct thorough legal research to make recommendations for best case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents including applications, support packets, and legal memos, responses to RFE, RFI, NOD, Audit notices, etc.
- Mentor and supervise support team members to foster unity, accountability and professional development within the firm.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
- Develop case strategies and manage client relationships with a focus on nurturing relationships with clients and obtaining favorable outcomes.
- Issue spot and problem solve to support positive case progression
- Take ownership and hold yourself accountable for assigned case load
- Lead Employment Based team with ensuring great quality work, compliance with internal time standards, and personal attention to clients.
- Actively manage case progression for assigned work load
