Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Client Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing information, guidance, and support throughout the initial intake process. This position involves opening case files for new clients, explaining the immigration process in detail, conducting post-attorney screenings to determine eligibility for additional immigration relief, and facilitating the completion of intake documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Open case files for new clients and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Explain the immigration process thoroughly, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Conduct post-attorney screenings to assess eligibility for alternative immigration relief or identify potential immigration bars.
- Explain contractual agreements and ensure clients understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Set up and send invoices for services rendered, maintaining accurate records of payments received.
- Provide detailed document lists and instructions to clients for gathering necessary paperwork.
- Schedule appointments with legal assistants and attorneys, coordinating availability and client preferences.
- Assist clients in completing intake documentation, ensuring all required forms are properly signed and submitted.
