A highly regarded law firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in employment-based immigration matters to work alongside a talented team handling sophisticated cases for corporate clients. This role can be based in Richmond or Tysons Corner, VA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel corporate clients on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and PERM applications.
- Prepare and file business immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies.
- Advise employers on compliance with immigration laws, including I-9 verification and audits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance on immigration processes and workforce planning.
- Stay current on immigration law developments and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing.
